Payment for the Career Fair is due NO LATER THAN Thursday, October 29, 2021. In addition, space is limited. We reserve the right to cancel the registration for any employer who has not paid by October 31. Should you need to cancel your registration, the following schedule applies:
- Cancellation prior to October 7, 2021: Full Refund
- Cancellation October 15, 2020 – October 31, 2020: 50% Refund
- Cancellation after October 31, 2020: No Refund
This policy is necessary in order to properly make budgetary decisions related to the fair after October 14. In addition, we want our marketing to students and faculty to be accurate in regards to the employers who will attend. Our printed pieces and food/table reservations typically must be confirmed a few weeks prior to the fair, and last-minute employer cancellations complicate the process.
